Above is the mixed media version of Goldberry, the one which will be sold as prints, finished in Painter.  This painting of Goldberry welcoming the hobbits into the home of Tom Bombadil has been a long-time dream of mine to complete, based on Chapter VII, "In the House of Tom Bombadil," of J.R.R.Tolkien's, The Fellowship of the Ring.  I created the entire color sketch for the painting using a combination of these tools: Bryce 3D, ZBrush, DAZ Studio, Pocket Artist for Microsoft Windows Mobile, paper & pencil, Curvy, and Corel Photopaint.  The finished painting is acrylic on artist board, 22 by 28 inches.
